| This stereoscope with 8 pictures is preserved in the collection. One of the pictures shows the road in the front of the Shimadzu Factory, another one shows the gate of the home exhibition, both in the Meiji Era. The stereoscope was invented by D. Brewster at 1849. The first product was made and presented at the Great Exhibition in 1851 by J. Duboscq . | |
