    The museum will be closed from Sunday, December 28, 2025 to Sunday, January 4, 2026.

    We will reopen on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

    Our museum will offer free admission to all visitors on November 15 and 16 as part of Kansai Bunka no Hi (Kansai Culture Day).

    The museum will be closed on August 13 (Wed) for the summer holiday.

    Admission will be free for all visitors on Aug 7th and 8th, during the days of Kyoto University’s Open Campus.

  • Free admission on Nov 16th (Sat) and 17th (Sun)

    Museums in Kansai area offer free admission for Kansai Bunka no Hi (Kansai Culture day) on particular dates in November.

    Admission fees of our museum will be free for all visitors on Nov 16th and 17th.
